Welcome back to school!
Communication folders will go home every Friday with student work, newsletters, and important information from teachers and administration. Please check your child’s folder each Friday and return them to school on Monday.
Students will receive READING LOGS. This will be your child’s primary homework for literacy. Under each date, students need to write the titles of books read, and parents/guardians must sign or initial. Ms. London will check reading logs every Friday.
Class Dojo will be used by all teachers to document student behavior and allow students to earn Eagle Pride Points. It is important that all parents sign up for Class Dojo in order to communicate throughout the year.
Please communicate any transportation changes in writing throughout the year. It is imperative that communication comes directly from a parent or guardian.
Every day there will be meaningful instruction in the classroom. It is very easy for students to fall behind if they are not here for even just a few days. Kids get sick and life happens. Please let us know if your child needs to be out for any reason and provide a written note when he/she returns. Please make an effort to send your child to school each day to ensure their best chance for academic success! Thank you for your support!
